Latin Groove with La Gati

“I had no expectations of coming as a friend told me to, but the experience was great and the vibe and environment were great, as well as the drinks. I am Chilean and I was lucky to get into the Latin vibes one, and it was great.”

Axe Queens with Hinano Fujisaki

“This is changing the music scene in Sydney for the better. I was chatting with a fellow musician on the night and we were both commenting that we wish we had had this night when we were first starting out in the jazz scene, as it totally would have changed our attitudes towards jamming, performing and networking. I love this night and I am so grateful for the opportunities it provides for musicians all over Sydney with diverse backgrounds.”

“I've been a gigging musician in the Inner West for a few years, attending open mics/ jams weekly, and have never felt more safe and welcome at Sound Sorcery. I was looking for a women-run space and feel so lucky to have this place especially as a Queer woman as well!”
